At Happy Family Pharmacy, we work hard to provide timely and reliable delivery of medications and healthcare products to our customers anywhere across the United States. Please note that our delivery services are available exclusively within the United States; we do not deliver our products internationally.

Our Delivery Options:

  • Standard delivery: our standard shipping option is available for all orders. It ensures your order reaches you within 5-7 business days. We work with trusted and reputable courier service providers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver your packages safely and on time. Shipping fees vary based on location and order size.
  • Express delivery: our express shipping option is available to cater to our customers’ expedited delivery needs. We use the services of UPS Express Air Saver and FedEx Priority Overnight to offer express shipping with next-day delivery available for most areas. Shipping fees vary based on location and order size.
  • In-store pickup: we also offer the convenience of in-person pickup of orders at our physical store locations across the country. Our customers can place their orders online and collect them from one of our physical stores nearest to them at no additional cost.

Free Delivery Options

  • East Coast residents (Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina only): free home delivery for residents of select East Coast states. Standard shipping times apply.
  • Orders of $250 and more: free delivery for all orders of $450 or more, regardless of the delivery location within the US. Standard shipping times apply.

While we try to keep our Shipping and Delivery Policy updated, we cannot promise absolute accuracy at all times. The correct shipping fees for your order, along with any applicable surcharges, will be displayed during checkout.

The delivery time for your order depends on several factors, including the type and number of items you order, the selected shipping option, and your location. We can only ship items that are currently available. Orders placed outside regular business hours, on weekends or holidays, will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Extra shipping and handling fees may apply to orders sent beyond the 48 contiguous states. Please contact our Customer Support for additional information.

To ensure the privacy of our customers, we ship all of our products in discreet packaging. Our packaging is plain, unmarked, and does not indicate the contents inside.

We use only high-quality materials to package our items to ensure their safety during transit, with extra attention and caution paid to fragile or sensitive items to prevent breakage or damage.
